These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FitFex website, consultation forms, challenges, and coaching programs (collectively, the "Services") offered by FitFex ("we," "our," or "us").

By browsing our website, submitting a form, booking a consultation, or enrolling in any FitFex program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and Services.

Website Usage

You agree to use the FitFex website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by anyone else. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, misuse any forms, or introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material.

FitFex Services & Online/Home-Based Coaching

FitFex provides fitness, yoga, breathwork, meditation, strength training, and lifestyle coaching, delivered online and designed primarily for home-based practice. Our programs include, among others, the 5-Day Energy Reset Challenge, Personalized Transformation Coaching, the Executive Wellness Program, and corporate wellness sessions.

Sessions, guidance, and coaching materials are delivered virtually (via calls, messaging platforms, videos, and written plans) unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or update the format, structure, or content of any program at our discretion, in order to continuously improve the experience for our clients.

User Responsibilities

When using our website or participating in our programs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in our forms, including about your health and fitness background
• Follow safety instructions provided by your coach and stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• Use any coaching material, videos, or plans provided to you solely for your own personal use
• Communicate respectfully with our team and, where applicable, other program participants
• Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise, yoga, or nutrition program, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical condition

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

FitFex programs involve physical activity, yoga, breathwork, and lifestyle guidance. Participation in any exercise or wellness program carries inherent risk.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we are committed to helping you build sustainable energy, fitness, and health habits, individual results vary based on factors such as your starting point, consistency, effort, medical history, and lifestyle. Testimonials, transformation stories, and examples shared on our website or during coaching represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Intellectual Property

All content on the FitFex website and delivered as part of our programs — including text, graphics, logos, videos, workout plans, frameworks (such as the FitFex Excellence Framework™), and coaching materials — is the property of FitFex or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may use materials provided to you as part of a paid program for your own personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share our content or methodology without our prior written consent.

Payments

Fees for FitFex programs, including the 5-Day Energy Reset Challenge and coaching programs, are disclosed at the time of enrollment or purchase. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices may change from time to time; the price applicable to you is the one confirmed at the time of your purchase.

Cancellation

Cancellation and rescheduling terms for consultations, challenges, and coaching programs will be communicated to you at the time of booking or enrollment. Unless stated otherwise in writing at the time of purchase, fees paid for programs are non-refundable once the program has commenced. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session or program with reasonable notice where necessary, and will offer a suitable alternative where possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FitFex, its coaches, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs, including any injury sustained while following coaching guidance.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to FitFex for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Services & Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of our Services, or these Terms, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of FitFex Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
